General Information

The Brotherhood Community Youth Basketball League is a developmental league for 6-17 year olds. All ability levels are accepted from beginner to advanced. Players play a minimum of half the game, regardless of their ability. Beginners are encouraged to participate. Our focus is based upon building a player's self esteem and having fun.

Divisions

6 - 7 Year Old Co-Ed Division
The 6 - 7 year old basketball division is co-ed. Boys and girls plays on an 8 ft. basket with an intermediate size ball which allows them to practice more ball control. In the first three quarters of the game, if a player makes a mistake, the ball is returned to the player and player is counseled on her mistake. If this occurs in the fourth quarter, the ball is given to the other team.

8 - 10 Year Old Co-Ed Division
The 8 - 10 year old co-ed division plays man to man defense only, which allows the lesser player the opportunity to develop their scoring skills. Everyone plays a minimum of half the game.

11 - 12 Year Old & 13-15 Year Old//Middle School Co-Ed Division

Boys and girls divisions for 11 - 13 year old play "real" basketball. Everyone plays a minimum of half the game. Come as an individual and be placed on a team, Bring a buddy and play together on the same team

OR

"Bring Your Own School Team" (for 13-15 Year Old/ School Division Only)(REGISTER IN PERSON ONLY)
